Working with Sophie at Unforgettable Moments Event Planning made planning my wedding so much more manageable, efficient, and fun! My husband and I were pretty overwhelmed until we hired Sophie to help us through all that there is to do when planning a large-scale event. She helped us communicate with vendors and wedding guests, create our printed materials such as the seating chart, itineraries, signs, etc., and was there on the big day to set up our décor and make sure everything ran smoothly. She was a magnificent help when it came to speaking with the hotel and restaurants as there were a few issues with scheduling and pricing that I was too timid to bring up with them, but Sophie had no trouble speaking with them in a professional, but straightforward manner to get everything sorted out.
Leading up to the event, Sophie spoke with me several times via video chat, on the phone, and through text messages to make sure that I had everything I needed. I always felt better about everything after talking with her not only because she knew her stuff when it came to all the little details I hadn't thought of, but also because she cared enough to spend so much time talking with me and reassuring me that it would all work out according to plan. She made me and my husband feel valued and that she truly cared about our wedding. I loved working with her and am excited to work with her again in the future for any large events in my life!

​Sophie is absolutely INCREDIBLE! We had a fantastic experience with her as our coordinator for our wedding, she made sure everything move seamlessly and stress-free. The amount of care that went in to the pre-wedding process, making herself available for several calls and helping with communication with vendors, was truly a miracle for our sanity. She was our rock on the wedding day, keeping us grounded and organized.
We DIYed the majority of our decor including flowers, and finding a coordinator who we could rely on to handle both the setup and breakdown of everything was top priority for us so that ourselves and the wedding party didn't have to worry about it after the wedding, and Sophie and her team absolutely knocked it out of the park! Going with Unforgettable Moments was one of the best decisions we made in our wedding planning process!

When planning our wedding, my wife and I knew we would need to hire a planner since we had no idea where to even start. Sophie was great at keeping us on track, making sure things got done before deadlines, and offering tons of recommendations along the way.
Her day-of coordination was fantastic—it was the only wedding we’ve been to where the ceremony actually started on time (and I mean to the minute), and all planned events throughout the night went off without a hitch. We also hired her bartending team, and they were awesome and kept the drinks flowing all night long!

Working with Sophie was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! She is so kind, thoughtful, detail-oriented, organized, and hard working.
